I love my essential citrus oils!
Using Purify, I have cleaned blood off my tile floor. I have also cleaned my kids' carpets from any spills and stains and then it leaves a yummy smell in the room when I vacuum!
I use Lemon oil in a spray bottle with water whenever I clean my kitchen sink or counters! It cleans off anything that sticks or won't come off and leaves a yummy lemon smell! Lime oil works great too!
Since you only need a few drops, it will last a long while and is very cost effecient! You can drink lemon oil in your water to cleanse your liver, or to clean your countertops! It smells great in a diffuser while it freshens the air!

Green Smoothies
Our family loves green smoothies!
About two years ago, our family bought a Blendtec blender and decided to add more fruits and vegetables to our diet by adding green smoothies.
I have children with sensory issues that often have trouble chewing certain foods, so making a smoothie seemed like a great way to add more fruits and veggies to their diet without forcing them to chew a texture they didn't like.
This was a huge switch for us, as most of us didn't even eat salad on a regular basis, let alone spinach!
So I bought the Green Smoothie Girl program, started buying bulk frozen fruit and spinach from Costco and I make at least one, maybe two, green smoothies every day!
And our family loves them!
Here is a basic recipe that we use every day:
1 cup water
1 cup Almond milk {or rice milk- we have kids with dairy allergies}
1 cup organic spinach {Large tub from Costco lasts awhile for us!}
1/4 lemon {with pith}
1 kiwi, peeled
1 banana {banana or yogurt to make smooth, we alternate these everyday}
1 tabl. coconut oil
1 tabl. ground flax seed {for healthy omegas!}
3 tabl. honey {super food and makes it sweeter!}
{Sometimes I add cacao nibs or ground cacao if I want a chocolate flavor}
1 drop of Lemon Essential Oil {essential oils have numerous health benefits and enhance flavor!}
*Blend all ingredients
Add... 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice {I get the large Costco frozen fruit- we get the mixed tropical fruit, the frozen cherries, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, etc}
Add: 1 more cup of another frozen fruit of your choice {See above}
Blend all fruit into the blender. Serve and enjoy!
This recipe would make about 8 - 5 oz. glasses of smoothie.
My kids love this with a straw!
